The Town of Lexington will be accepting sealed bids for installation of two Pressure Reducing Valves / Stations – Mill Stream Road at Mill Wheel Drive and Countryside Drive. Project will consist of all materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for installation of two 8-inch pressure reducing valve stations including vaults, valves and related piping. Contract documents and plans may be obtained from HPG and Company, Consulting Engineers, Inc., 1432 Sunset Boulevard, West Columbia, SC 29169 upon a non-refundable payment of $35.00.
Bids will be received by the Owner in Conference Room C, located on the 2nd floor of the Lexington Municipal Complex at 111 Maiden Lane, Lexington, SC until 2:00 pm on November 26, 2019 and then at said place be publicly opened and read aloud. Sealed bids should be clearly labeled with the bid number. Sealed bids may be mailed to the Town of Lexington, Attn: Sherry Brooks, Post Office Box 397, Lexington, South Carolina 29071.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informality.
The bid is subject to the Town’s Formal vendor preference requirements.
