HPG and Company, Consulting Engineers, Inc. was founded in January 1994. The firm's principals offer, collectively over 60 years of experience in their respective fields. Our company offers a complete range of engineering services in a broad spectrum of areas. We specialize in the engineering and management of water resources, water supplies, treatment, distribution and storage, hydraulic analysis, wastewater collection, treatment and disposal, storm water systems, roadway design, streetscapes, mapping, site development and related computer applications. We also have the ability to assist with system planning and evaluation, loan and grant applications and administration, and utility rate studies.

Our offices are centrally located in South Carolina in the city of Columbia. A location easily accessible, and conveniently located to state regulatory and funding agencies.

We work primarily for municipalities, counties, public service districts, non-profit water and sewer companies, and a select group of private sector clients. Our firm offers the experience and qualifications of much larger engineering companies, but with a level of personal contact and responsiveness to our client's needs only a small business can provide. HPG is fortunate to have the vast majority of our work composed of projects for our repeat client base.
