The Town of Lexington will be accepting sealed bids for installation and replacement of gate valves at various locations, and other miscellaneous and related work. Contract documents and plans may be obtained from HPG and Company, Consulting Engineers, Inc., 1627 Richland Street, Columbia, SC 29201. Bidding documents will be provided via a digital download method.

Bids will be received by the Owner in Conference Room C, located on the 2nd floor of the Lexington Municipal Complex at 111 Maiden Lane, Lexington, SC until 2:00 pm on March 20th, 2026, and then at said place be publicly opened and read aloud. Location of Bid opening subject to change. Sealed bids should be clearly labeled with the bid number. Sealed bids may be mailed to the Town of Lexington, Attn: Laurie Starnes, Post Office Box 397, Lexington, South Carolina 29071.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informality.

The Bid is subject to the Town’s Formal vendor preference requirements.
